About This Project

Redwood Lockport South Farrell Road IL P2 LLC is raising capital for the development of 47 additional apartment homes in Lockport, Illinois, a highly desirable and growing submarket within the Chicago metropolitan area. This expansion builds upon the success of the existing Redwood Lockport neighborhood and is designed to meet the strong resident demand already demonstrated at the community.

The neighborhood will feature Redwood's signature single-story apartment homes, offering spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans with attached two-car garages. Each home is thoughtfully designed to provide the privacy and convenience of single-family living combined with the benefits of professionally managed rental housing.

Phase 2 expands upon the neighborhoods initial 112-unit development, increasing capacity in response to continued leasing demand and market growth. The project is anticipated to achieve stabilization approximately 16 months from the start of construction, building on the strong performance and resident demand already established at the property.
